Fireproof rockwool in the supermarket.
Rockwool is a special material used for Sound and Heat Insulation, produced from Basalt, Dolomite and special additives through modern technological lines.
Rockwool is a special material specialized for Sound and Heat Insulation, produced from Basalt stone, Dolomite stone and special additives, through a modern technological line, eliminating impurities to help Heat Insulation - Negative heat, Fireproof.
Mineral wool comes in many different shapes such as: tubes, sheets, rolls. The product is suitable for fireproof insulation in supermarkets, buildings, karaoke rooms...
Rockwool is a superior insulation, heat and sound insulation material. Made from two main ingredients: melted natural Basalt and Dolomite, put into the furnace and heated to 1800 degrees Celsius.
Below this temperature, Basalt and Dolomite melt into liquid lava and are centrifuged and sprayed to form mineral wool fibers.
After being released, mineral wool is automatically spread and passed through the drying oven. After drying, the cotton fibers change from gray-green to yellow and are shaped according to production size.
Why is rockwool used?
- Good thermal insulation with low thermal conductivity.
- Soundproofing ability that meets the desired standards depending on the different density types will help reduce noise and reduce the sound amplification of the roof and walls.
- High fire resistance with working temperature up to 850oC.
- Long lasting use because mineral wool is a material made from Basalt stone so it is very durable, does not corrode, and does not deform.
- Rockwool has the thermomechanical and physical properties of natural stone, is fire resistant, and has low thermal conductivity.
