Instructions on how to properly apply glass wool.
Step 1: Prepare materials to be used.
The preparation step includes rookwool insulation cotton material and accompanying accessories including: pins, cotton support net, silver tape... and some other items.
Step 2: Install rockwool insulation.
Product installation depends on the type of project that needs heat or sound insulation, and the location to be installed: ceiling, floor or wall.
Construction steps include:
First: spread the rockwool sheet on the purlins and cut it according to the required size of the project to be constructed.
Second: stretch and fix by pulling the two ends at the purlin. Helps make insulation panels flatter and straighter.
Third: install corrugated iron (or other material) on top of the insulating rockwool, then use screws to attach the corrugated iron to the purlins. This helps the corrugated iron sheet and the insulating glass wool stay firmly together, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the insulated roof.
Note: At the connection point of 2 insulation panels, a large area of ​​corrugated iron is placed to prevent sagging. This sequence is performed one after another until the end.
